The real estate agency CIMM IMMOBILIER PORTIRAGNES is a member of the successful real estate group Cimm Immobilier (Grenoble, France).

Our office is at Portiragnes Plage, South of France,

in the lovely County Hérault (34).

Its easy to find us: between the mediterranean sea and the famous Canal du Midi, between Montpellier and Narbonne, between the rivers "Orb" and "Hérault",

between the beach, the natural reservate and the vinyards!

by plane (airport Béziers-Agde, airport Montpellier (80 km), airport Carcassonne (100 km), Toulouse (200 km) or Gerona/Spain (200 km)

by car: the Highway A9 (Orange - Nimes - Montpellier to Spain), exit n° 35 Béziers- east,

or the brandnew Highway A 75 (leading from Paris to Clermont Ferrand - the Pont de Millau (the worlds biggest bridge)  to Béziers

or from Brittany over Bordeaux - Toulouse - Carcassonne - Narbonne Béziers

by train (SNCF, rail way stations in Béziers, Narbonne, Montpellier .. TGV!) 

by boat : the Canal du Midi has a lock at Portiragnes - you can enter the Canal du Midi near Bordeaux, or even enter the Rhein (Netherlands), ship down to the Rhein-Rhône-Canal and finally join the Canal du Midi in the Provence (near Marseille) and then join Portiragnes from the east!
